Shipping & Returns

Shipping
- We ship across India. Shipping is free on every order.
- Professional peels and clinic-support products are intended for qualified practitioners. Clinic verification is handled separately from checkout.
- Same-day dispatch is our standard. *Order cutoff: 2 PM IST. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on location.
- You receive an order confirmation by email, and tracking details once your order is dispatched.
- Because peels are temperature- and time-sensitive professional products, they are dispatched with appropriate handling.
Payment & cash on delivery
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST.
- Pay in full online through Razorpay — UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets.
- Cash on delivery — a ₹500 advance is paid online to confirm the order, and the balance is paid in cash to the courier on delivery. If a cash-on-delivery order is refused at delivery, the advance covers return shipping and is not refunded.
- We never see or store your card or UPI details; payments are processed by Razorpay.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@openderm.skin with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified cases.
Returns
For safety and integrity reasons, opened or used professional peel and active products cannot be returned. Unopened, undamaged items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection. Made-to-order or clinic-label items are non-returnable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the returned item passing inspection, or of a verified damage/error claim.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us with your order number; any amount paid is refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Once dispatched, the returns terms above apply. See the full Cancellation & Refund Policy.
