Shipping

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@openderm.skin with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified cases.

Returns

For safety and integrity reasons, opened or used professional peel and active products cannot be returned. Unopened, undamaged items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection. Made-to-order or clinic-label items are non-returnable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the returned item passing inspection, or of a verified damage/error claim.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly. Once dispatched, the returns terms above apply.
